外贸英语:展会开篇怎么说?
很多小伙伴咨询我关于展会如何开始和客户交谈。正所谓好的开始是成功的一半,所以,开篇很重要!
在展会看到客户逛到你的展位时,首先应该很主动上前打招呼
“Sir , Good morning , Nice to meet you , welcome to our booth"
(这时,自然亲切放松很重要,让客户来到不要有压迫感)
“This is my name card, may i have your name card”
(这时候要想办法拿到客户的名片,可以了解客户来自哪里,大概做什么产品)
比如,客户来自印度。
“Oh , Mr. richard, You come from to India , nice to meet you richard.
We also have some India clients"
客户一般会说“Oh,really , which one you are coopertated with”
"Boat! An india client we have cooperated more than two years , do you hear that brand?"
"Yes , I heart that"
(展会前要提前多了解公司在各个地域的大客户情况,以及和公司合作了什么产品卖得很好,在展会上可以推荐给客户)
“There are more than 100 thousand pcs annual shipment qty from us ”
"that s good"
So,"kisound" this is your brand name or your company name , do you sell your product by your own brand or any other brand?
Oh , I see....
(从客户的名片上了解客户是品牌商还是渠道商还是经销商等等信息)
